Dreadmill run on friday night. I did 5 miles and kind enjoyed the run. Today i got up early and hit the trails and had a bit of a horrible time. It just wasn't comfortable. I walked a lot and ended up cutting the run in half. I did jump my mileage for the week by 5 miles. Tomorrow I am going to take it a little easy to recover and I think I will do several more runs of shorter distances during the week.
