I wanted to get some longer runs in this weekend and ended up not doing it but I did get two in a row that were about 2 hours each and they were within bout 12 hours of each other for a total of about 18 miles and I am hoping to get another shortish one in tonight. The trail run was incredibly icy and dangerous in several parts the road run was faster than I wanted and I spent a great deal of the run pissed off at my nike plus because it was almost 3 miles off at the end and kept saying my pace was zero.
