Had a catch with my son and daughter last night. Baseball is quickly descending upon us. They are both getting really good. I had to tell my daughter to move back because she was throwing hard and if I didn't catch the ball right it hurt me. and my son was catching or at least getting a glove on all the pop ups I was throwing.

My legs are feeling rested and strong. I plan on getting a short 3-5 mile run in tonight. I put kenisio tape on my left ankle and it appears to be working. Much less stiffness. My only other complaint is that I think I have another bad tooth. This year has been dental hell for me. I have already gone through my insurance benefits for 2009 so any work will be on me. I have an appointment coming up for a cleaning. I think I can last until then. Just want this to be over. I have never taken such good care of my teeth in all my life until this year and I have never had so many problems until this year. Maybe that is the problem everything was so dead and now I am bringing it all back to life. That which does not kill me only makes me stronger.
