I went for a great run on Wednesday in the morning. Just a quick 5 miler. I parked up at Pachella field and went on the upper past the inn and then up catherdral and back to Pachella on the northside. It was a beautiful day weather couldn't have been better.

I just haven't been feeling well emotionally recently. Not really depressed just a bit down and confrontational. My back has been Hurting() It kept me from work yesterday. Worked out well though I spent a great day with my family just keeping it all together.
