took a couple of days off for rest. I plan to get out for a few very slow miles tomorrow 9-10 probably on the flat. Ankle is still really tight. I should probably see someone about it sooner rather than later, but if I tape it it should be ok and strong enough to take the pounding. I have been watching my diet and think I have dropped a couple of lbs. I will check tonight at the gym. I want to go and get a couple of bike miles in. In need of the aerobic release.
