Cool bones. I have been running almost regularly. I blew off the weekend because it was a too weekend. Too hot on Saturday, too raining on Sunday. So Monday I got up early and ran at 4:00. I ran steady for 30 minutes. that was my goal and I succeeded. I just wanted to make it that long without stopping. My heal and ankle felt great. Yesterday, I got out to the trails in the evening and managed to get 1 hour (with a little break in the middle) done.
